EVENT INFORMATION

This information is subject to change at any time. Please check our website for updates before heading out to any event.

SEATING

General admission seating. There are no tickets. Lawn chairs, beach chairs, bag chairs, and camping chairs are allowed.

CHair SET UP

Chairs may be placed in the park after 6 AM on the day before the concert. The city allows chair placement on the day prior to the event to reduce the number of people in the amphitheater when city staff and production crews are setting up for the event. This also reduces the amount of carry-on items on the shuttles and allows concert goers to shop and dine in downtown Woodstock without chairs in tow before the event.

Chairs placed in the park before 6 AM on the day before the concert will be removed and placed in a non-secure holding area onsite until Monday morning at 8 AM at which time they will be deemed abandoned and discarded.

Chairs that have been placed in restricted areas that are blocking production or concession load in will be moved or removed.

We are not responsible for anything left in the park prior to, during, or after the show - Northside Hospital-Cherokee Amphitheater is an open park.

Tarps, blankets, plastic, and towels are not allowed on the ground or staked into the ground and will be removed. Do not reserve areas with ropes; they will be removed.
